1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
1.1 Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a return or exchange.

Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
1.3 Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Initiating a Return or Exchange

2.2 Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
2.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Refunds will only be issued for approved returns that meet the eligibility criteria.
3.2 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
3.3 Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
4.1 If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or style, please initiate an exchange request within 14 days of delivery.
4.2 Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
4.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
5.1 If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at support@rawwsh.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

5.2 Rawwsh will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund for damaged or incorrect items.
6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Important Notes
7.1 Rawwsh reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria or if the return is initiated beyond the specified timeframe.
7.2 For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over undergarments. Returns for swimwear that appear worn or have had hygiene liners removed will not be accepted.
